IT Support Engineer – Citrix – to £25k – Hastings / East Sussex

IT Support Engineer is required by an expanding company based in Hastings, East Sussex. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £25,000.

You will be involved in: 
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone, e-mail and our helpdesk software 
- Call logging 
- Resolution of Desktop, Hardware and Software issues 
- Escalation of issues to 3rd line where appropriate 
- Liasing with third party helpdesks where appropriate 
- Maintaning and developing good relationships between IT and the business 
- Participation in weekend call out rota where appropriate 
- Out of hours support

You will have skills in administering the following 
- Windows 2003/2008 
- Windows xp, and windows 7 
- A knowledge and understanding of PC and hardware software and configuration 
- Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 
- Citrix Xenapp 5.5 (desirable)

- SQL Server (desirable)
